SUCCUBUS
In medieval legend, a succubus (plural succubi; from Latin succuba; "prostitute") is a demon which takes the form of a female to seduce men (especially monks) in dreams to have sexual intercourse. They draw energy from the men to sustain themselves, often until the point of exhaustion or death of the victim. From mythology and fantasy, Lilith and the Lilin (Jewish), Lilitu (Sumerian) and Rusalka (Slavic) are, in redactive Christian fables (folktales not part of official Christian theology), considered succubi.
According to the Malleus Maleficarum, or "Witches' Hammer", succubi would collect semen from the men they slept with, which incubi would then use to impregnate women. Children so begotten were supposed to be more susceptible to the influence of demons.
In some beliefs the succubi would morph into the Incubus with its newly collected semen ready to impregnate their victims. This was to account for the fact that demons could not reproduce naturally, however the incubus could impregnate women.
From the 16th century, the carving of a succubus on the outside of an inn indicated that the establishment also operated as a brothel.
Appearance
The appearance of succubi varies just about as much as that of demons in general; there is no single definitive depiction. However, they are almost universally depicted as alluring women with unearthly beauty, often with demonic batlike wings; occasionally, they will be given other demonic features (horns, a tail with a spaded tip, snakelike eyes, hooves, etc). Occasionally they appear simply as an attractive woman in dreams that the victim cannot seem to get off their mind. They lure males and in some cases, the male has seemed to fall "in love" with her. Even out of the dream she will not leave his mind. She will remain there slowly draining energy from him. Nahema is believed to be the queen of the succubi.
Middle Eastern belief
A Middle Eastern version of the succubus known as "um al duwayce" (أٌم الدويس) portrays this succubus as a beautiful, alluringly scented woman who wanders the desert on the hooves of a donkey. She attempts to lure men to have intercourse with her, when sharp razors within her vagina would slice the partner's penis, leaving him in agonizing pain. Having rendered the man helpless, she would turn into her true form and kill him.
INCUBUS
In Western medieval legend, an incubus (plural incubi; from Latin incubare, "to lie upon") is a demon in male form supposed to lie upon sleepers, especially women, in order to have sexual intercourse with them. The Incubus drains energy from the woman it performs sexual intercourse upon in order to sustain itself. In most cases it either kills the victim or leaves the victim in very weak or fragile condition. A female version was called a succubus.
In legend, incubi were sometimes said to conceive children. The half-human offspring of such a union is a Cambion. The most famous legend of such a case includes that of Merlin, the famous wizard from Arthurian legend. Incubi and succubi were said by some not to be different genders but the same demons able to change their sex. A succubus would be able to sleep with a man and collect his sperm, and then transform into an incubus and use that seed on women. Their offspring were thought to be supernatural in many cases, even if the actual genetic material originally came from humans.
More common legend, however, professes that the incubus and succubus are demons of completely different gender. It is said that the incubus is always heterosexual and to mate with a man causes the demon to melt to death; this is the only way to kill the otherwise immortal beings in many tales.
A number of mundane explanations have been offered for the origin of the Incubus legends. They involve the Medieval preoccupation with sin, especially sexual sins of women. Victims may have been experiencing waking dreams or sleep paralysis. Also, nocturnal arousal, orgasm or nocturnal emission could be explained by the idea of creatures causing an otherwise guilt-producing and self-conscious behavior. Such an explanation could obviate guilt as the one became the victim of forces beyond one's control.
Victims may, willingly or unwillingly, have had sexual encounters with people. Women who were pregnant but either unmarried or engaged in an extra-marital affair could accuse an incubus of fathering the child. Purported victims of Incubi could have been the victims of sexual assault by a real person. Rapists may have attributed the rapes of sleeping women to demons in order to escape punishment. A friend or relative may have assaulted the victim in their sleep. The victims may have found it easier to explain the attack as supernatural rather than confront the idea that the attack came from someone they trust.

A sucubis is suppose to be a woman that needs a man to tell her that she is pretty, desirable, the only one for him, etc. She feeds off of men and literally takes their lives. I learned that from the show "Charmed". Hope that helps. About the male one, I don't know about that. Sorry!!!!

Succubi, their plural form, are a form of sexual vampire who more oftain than not have sex with a male while he is sleeping. They kill the man through exhaustion, or crushing. The male does the same thing, but is known as an Incubus, or Incubi. These vampiric entities are closly relatied to the romanian species of Nosferatu, which kills women by crushing them while having intercourse. Succubi and Incubi are cappable of having children, which can either be dhampirs or normal humans.

According to many dictionaries, the succubus was a female demonic spirit that invaded the dreams of men, especially holy men, to seduce them and collect their semen.
-An incubus was a male demonic spirit who seduced unsuspecting women through their dreams.
-Some even suggest that the succubus, after collecting semen, would morph into the incubus to impregnate his chosen victims. Others say that the succubus just handed it over to the incubus.
