Only if he thinks there are WMD in it. Then he'll bomb the hell out of it and make the taxpayers pay for it.
Is that the kind of makeover you were looking for? ^_~

George bush operates a scorched earth policy...
so if you really want to destroy what garden you had left, and start again with a regime change, then yes, G.W. Bush CAN give your garden a makeover....
You haven't discovered any oil in your garden in recent years, have you, by the way?

Be careful here. Watch his proposal carefully. He suggested to a client, that remaking the "garden" in Iraq would only cost $1.7billion, no more, and that the job would be done in 90 days. It was a large job to undertake.
It has run over the budget, and they've been there "working" for YEARS. Be careful what contracts you sign.
Somehow he's been signed for an 8 year contract, beyond all reason, despite his record.
Good luck-

Of course he will... as we all can see, he has nothing better to do than work on clearing brush at his Texas ranch. And why should he have something better to do??? It's not like being The President of The United States makes you the most powerful and important person on the face of the planet. With all of the vacation time he is taking (more than any other President in the history of the US) he should have plenty of time to get to your yard as he clearly isn't busy running the US and the world!
Careful he may use the "Patriot" Act to unconstitutionally detain all of us at the bay.
