here it is straight...it is not nuclear power plants that the US is worried about...that is just a step in the direction of nuclear weapons...russia already has nuclear power, also they already have nuclear weapons, but if Iran tries to get nuclear weapons, one of the steps is to enrich plutonuom or urainum, and this done through a process which can be done at nuclear power plants...it is just a step and a warning sign...also intent and past history tells us that north korea, or iran or iraq are more likely to use these weapons instead of simply using them as a deterant.

I think what the US is concerned with is nuclear weapons. Nuclear plants product power. I don't know why they have to resort to that, since the sun also produces power....

Also, there is a field called nuclear medicine. My brother is a nuclear pharmacist. They actually make the nuclear component in the hospital where he works. It is used for things like certain types of medical testing, like scans.

Not all nuclear material is for obliterating others. Some is actually necessary.

our nuclear plants are used for energy, we already have the bombs ,other unstable countries run by radical Islamist would use the nuclear technology to make bombs then use them to go forward with their crazy religious ideology, 1st they would destroy Israel then England or the US wherever they can sneak one in. Japan, China, Russia already have Nuclear energy, the concern is that they would sell or have stolen the bomb to the crazy Islamist

Because we're not a terrosit nation. Other countries, such as Iraq and North Korea, could possibly use them to attack us. Our nukes will never ever be used, unless something terrible happens. These countries have vowed hatred upon us, and I don't think would flinch to use a nuke if they wanted to.

Some of these countries can't handle the responsibility of taking care of them. Remember Chernobyl? It made the Three Mile Island accident look like a firecracker.

We don't. It is nut jobs like Iran getting the bomb. If you actually knew the news instead of trying to act witty you wouldn't have come out looking like tardgrrl.

Because in this movie, the U.S. is the star and the rest of the world are just "extras".

Why would the help need a Cadillac? If you let them have one, they'll get all uppity.

For the same reason that honest law-abiding citizens are allowed to own firearms, yet convicted criminals are not.

There is no moral equivalence between the US and other countries.
