They belong to a Party, and they are faithfull they think than to do different, they will be traitors, but to me, my loyalty belongs to the USA, not to a Party, after all the lies, all the mass brain washing
than even the media helped to built, playing with the peoples fear,
creating that fear, to justify mass murder, of americans our soldiers, and iraqis, we have 3000 deaths and 20000 wounded
they have300000 deaths and 1000000 wounded, and more every day Clinton pay all the external debt and left a superhavit, now we are in debt for more than 6 trillion dollars our sons and grandsons will have to pay, and this are facts I do not know what
was the purpose of this, but so many lives, do not justifies what
ever the reason was, maybe we are running out of oil and he needed to secure a different source, or maybe he wanted to try his new war toys and see how they work, but what ever it was
it did not work as he expected, maybe the future projections they had on the table where not real or faulty and now he have a
civil war on Irak, I think it was not a good business to do what he did, if ever this enterprise was envisioned as a business, 9/11 was bad, terrible, but we know now Sadam had nothing to do with it, the problem is that from the beginning he knew that and did not care to bad inform us, laying to us, I love the USA I am catholic, and I am somebody that thinks

First of all, I resent the portion of the statement, "seem intelligent". You seem to be condemning a large portion of people, yet I guess you're trying to understand.
The economy of the country is doing well in spite of all the turmoil across the world. More people are in the process of buying homes, which gives more capital to more people. Do you have a problem with people in general having financial security?
I am intelligent, I don't just seem so. Keep in mind that each of us is as entitled to our opinion as any other person. That right does not hinge on how thoughtful you are or aren't. Also agreement with your opinions in not a measure of intelligence. I have thought a lot about why I support George W. Bush, starting in January of 1999.
What's your gripe with this administration? People die in war? Remember if there hadn't been a revolution, there would be no America. If there hadn't been a Civil War there would still be slavery and there would be churches preaching that God condones slavery.
Or is it a wealth issue? Dem politicians have as much or more wealth (as individuals) then Republican pols.

Those Americans are fairly religious (christian). Which is a bent that is usually accompanied by conservative patriotism. Which are the flags that the Republicans in general and Bush & Co in particular fly.
On one hand, it's not Bush they like, but the whole Republican administration. On the other hand, they prefer 'straight talkers' as presidents, and Bush conveys that ability.
And who ever said the Americans don't know what irony is?!

I don't know... I wish I did. It's hard sometimes not to be irked by the Bush-supporters. I just try to direct my frustration at the Bush himself.
And yes, it does seem that the majority of Bush's supporters are white, middle-aged, rich, and/or very religious.

People who bought into the anti-abortion/gay marriage thing. Notice how you never heard about it again, until election time rolls around. Now all of a sudden, the gas prices are lowering too. Now, don't get me wrong--I'm christian and all that--but I'm no fool. I sure as hell didn't vote for that bastard. I pity the fool who did.

Right, I hate the people who seem intelligent yet aren't because they take traits certain people of other ideologies have and apply them to the whole group...oh wait...thats what you just did. I guess that makes you the dumb one.

I'm a republican, but I despise Bush. Just because he claims to be conservative doesn't mean I'm going to like him.
Quit being so arrogant.
