Wine tour in Lisbon?

I would like to take a tour and see how port wine is made and have some tastes. The only thing I have been able to find is an expensive limo ride, all day tours or other tours with a short stop off at a wine bar. Anyone know where in Lisbon I can find see how port wine is made and have some tastings on an inexpensive budget?

You might be better off going to OPorto which is about a 4 to 5 hour drive or train ride from Lisbon. Port wine is produced in Porto and many of the wine tours there are free.
