Firstly I would retarget my nukes at key american citys and fire them
Secondly i would buy a nice tropical island to live on
Thirdly I would take enough money from the us taxpayers to live comfortably.
finally I would sit and laugh at all the hopeless yanks who had somehow managed to survive knowing full dam well there superpower was finished

Immediately notify all foreign countries that we are cutting off their aid for one full year, and spend all that American money on Americans!
At the nine month mark, I would tell them they have 2 months to prove to us why they want to be our friend, or your on your own suckers, and don't piss us off!
I would also switch this country to alternative fuel sources over a 2 year period, then light those mutherf*cking middle easterners up the first time they got out of line!
