If he raped your mother he would NEVER apologize.

Those assclowns who were detained at Abu Ghraib many of them were would be terrorists and suicide bombers. Many of them have pledged to "give their lives for Allah" and take others in the process. Perhaps a little torture would let some of these mindless thugs know that what they intend to do actually does cause people pain. You know if sucicide martyrdom didn't involve instant death by way of explosion but a slow agonizing death then perhaps they just might rethink their plans
