Loving the answers from all the young ones - just you wait ;-)

Carry on until you don't want to do it anymore, there is no right and wrong - we only live once.

Agree with another answer, sometimes it's about finding somewhere with a slightly 'older' crowd - plenty about. Where are you?

Please don't think you're too old at 30 though - that really is daft, you're a spring chicken lass!

Girl - First of all you are never too old to go out and have a good time & you are not old at all... Second, perhaps you are going to the wrong clubs... I myself am 27 and when I go to certain clubs feel like everybody's mother too... I would suggest going to a different club or trying a new scene more your age group instead of the 21 group. Those kids don't drink/party resposibly... (I sure didn't when I was that age!)

It depends on the nature of the club of course. Anyone who says 30 is too old is probably 15 with an Avril Levine mp3 playing in the background.

Expensive, nice bars/lounges usually don't have people under 25 in them (in big cities at least.) Don't go to places that let in 18+ and don't go to places that play 'hip-hop.'

For any place that's worth going, 30 is probably right in the middle of the target age. These are places where people drink Maker's...not Goldschlager.

i dont think you are too old to go clubbing - no way! maybe some of the clubs you go to have a younger collection of people but there are clubs out there that do the reverse. I have noticed someone has said 25! I hope they are taking the mick! lol i know over 40s who still go clubbing and they love it. They say you are as old as you feel, and i'm sorry but 30 is no way old in my books. Keep going and have loads of fun.

I don't think you can ever be too old to get out and have fun and go dancing if your body can handle it, however don't hit on people 10 years younger than you. That's just gross. *laughs*

Oh and I also want to add that your age is exactly what a lot of 20 something guys look for. I know my bf(26) loves "older" women, like 30-40 because they've been there, done that and know how to have a good time without playing games.

There are clubs that cater to specific age groups.
Some clubs won't allow you in unless you're 30!
Of course, if you're going to the hot spot 18 and up, most likely the young crowd is going to be there..
But there are clubs for a more mature clientele, and it doesn't hurt to have fun once in awhile!!

When you ask for a mint julep at the bar and dance with a walker (kidding!). Go hit the clubs with older crowds. They are usually less obnoxious anyway. Music is better and you don't have a bunch of kids running around and acting like drunken morons.

well now is the time to stop honestly...there's nothing worse than doing to much for to long...if you really like club i suggest going to a more Mature club...i think 25-26 is a good age to stop going regular clubs...try a jazz or blues club or something where the people are older and more on your level!!!

I would say 30 is pushing it, but heck, I've heard of women in their late 30's and early 40's going clubbing -- usually because they recently got divorced or they're going through a mid-life crisis (or both).
