The Riverwalk!! It is beautiful especially at night with everything lit up.There is some unique shopping there too. I would wear jeans and bring a sweater. Layers are best because it can go from 80 in the sun down to 55 at night. They have a Marketplace downtown that you should visit also! You can find some of the best Tex-Mex on the Riverwalk ! And don't leave without a margarita or two! Have fun!

Hi there! First off, have fun in San Antonio! The Riverwalk is always a great place to shop, and a fun atmosphere right there on the river. I would bring just a light-weight jacket or sweater...nothing too heavy, but nights may be starting to get cooler then, especially on the riverfront. Have a blast and check out travel channel's website for more ideas on places to visit while you are there. =)

I live in San Antonio and I can tell you it is always hot. I say bring shorts and light t-shirts. If you are going to go to the Riverwalk bring tennis shoes.
For shopping I say go to La Cantera off of 1604 and I-10 near UTSA. They have a lot of nice shops.
I would avoid North Star Mall if you can. They are fixing the highway and its easy to get lost.
