i have a problem in my computer, there are folders in my documents that it is taking size but when i click on their properties it give me 0 kb, that not my problem here, my problem is that i can't open this folder, a worning message come up telling me that i can't open this file, i have triyed o delete it but nothing,
i sooooooo want to solve this problem, give me an answer and get 30 points

the files i want them, i want a solution to open the folders, shredding the files won't delete them

Download a software called "Unlocker", it's very useful, it can move/delete/rename files that usually the computer won't let you.

It seems that the folder is being used by some problem.go to command prompt and see what s the size..try to kill some unknown process running into your system.
After that you would be able to delete the folder.Try running some Virus scanner

those are other users folders on your computer. Check with your computer administrator to have them removed if those are no longer valid user folders.

Download "Killbox" and use it to rmove these folders/files.
