Honey welcome to parenthood....

Tylenol is very safe, feet elevated and pillow under your knees.......

Sorry can't be much more help then this. I had to laugh though. Your question just brought back a flood of memories. Heartburn, indigestion, varicose veins, back aches, swollen ankles, insomnia, leg cramps....ugh....

Hang in there.....

Hi Kelly, I wouldn't worry if I were you, symptoms like sore breast etc may and go there is no rule everybody is different :) Things that you should look out for though are things like period like cramping that may be followed by bleeding. Otherwise try to relax stress is not good for you nor your bub. Think positively and enjoy one of the most beautiful times in your life :) Good luck & God bless

The best advice that can be given is to get rest. Sit as often as possible. Do light stretches (your doctor can help you develop some stretches that are safe to do while pregnant).

You cant take many pain pills while pregnant. Only regular strength tylenol. SO i wouldnt advise taking anything extra or any more than the recomended dosage. You can also try taking a warm (not hot) bath and see if that helps.

Good Luck!

Take a tennis ball put it between your back and a wall and move around. I promise this works I did it when I was pregnant. Another suggestion for tired swollen feet is take a can of frozen juice put it on the floor and rub your foot back and forth on it (you may want to put socks on while you do it) Sometimes back pain comes from having a bladder infection. You may want to ask your doctor to check your pee for an infection as these are very common in pregnant women. Left untreated they could lead to a kidney infection which is not good for Mama or baby.

Good Luck and take care.

My back hurt so bad when i was pregnant with my son.. the best thing for it was stretching and light exercise. The doctor actually prescribed perkaset, i took it once and decided that stretching helped more then any drug could

theres this support belt you can wear and special underwear, you can check it out on www.babycenter.com or mothercare.
plus lie down on your right side with a pillow between your legs.
I would not advice any medication but you can use a TENS machine wich sends electric pulses that are very minimus plus it can help through labour ask your doctor about it and do check the website I gave you.
Good LUck and God Bless

You might want to use a pregnancy belt. You can get them in about any store. It helps relieve some of the pressure on you back.

try getting on your hands & knees, & rock back & forth. This takes the weight of the baby off of your back for a bit at least, and helps to stretch out the spine.

Try walking and sitting up straight as much as you can. I know that feeling Ooooo to well. Hang in there. Back rubs from a love one is great too.
