hi,
If the video has been speficially made for the iPod (sometimes you see itrefered to as a (mpeg4 or h264 file) then it will of quality and you would only see issues if you looked very closely at it.You wwould onyl get pizeation if the video was bad quality in the first place of was a smaller size than the ipod size.

Well it all depends on how are you converting..the files..if converter you use is good you wont get pixelated output
