Note that calories measure energy whilst kilograms are measuring mass. That said, the caloric content will change pending on what nutrient you're considering.
An approximate estimate can be made by using the atwater system: 1 kilogram of fat~9,000 kcals, 1 kilogram of protein ~4,500 kcals and 1 kilogram of carbs would be ~ 4,500 kcal

If you're talking about gaining or losing weight, 1 pound is 3500 calories. A kilogram is 2.2 pounds, so 1 kilogram would be 7700 calories.
