Sounds a bit like cramp, I sometimes get this too in the night. The best thing to do, although it seems impossible at the time, is to completely relax the leg. Try and relax the muscles and gently massage the back of the leg when this happens.
I would suggest using something like deep heat or ibuprofen gel if the pain continues to worsen.

This could be as simple as a defficiency in calcium magnesium. It relaxes muscles and helps cramps, muscle spasm, backache, etc.

It's critical to use a very pure and absorbable supplement. The one I use is OsteoMatrix.

Hope this is helpful and for more info or the website, feel free to contact me.

At 15 you're able to be as healthful as achieveable, yet you're actually not. do no longer take too lots advil coz purely like different soreness relievers if taken too lots motives brittle bones. I had a chum who took this drug even for a splash soreness usual and suffered bone brittleness. it would take years to heal a broken bone if that is density is quite susceptible, take into attention this. For now i propose you to eat meals very wealthy in potassium and calcium to supplement you physique's desires. What you're feeling have been a clarification for deficiency in supplementations. refrain from ingesting too lots junk meals from fastfoods somewhat eat sparkling eco-friendly and leafy vegetables.

It is a cramp and you can get medication to control it, and you don't need prescription. I think its called Crampex, or something similar, your pharmacist will know. The quick way to relieve pain (it works!) is to put the area affected by the cramp on the cold wall. I do it every time I get a foot cramp.

It's cramp, hon. And it hurts like hell.
Lack of salt in the diet, I believe can contribute to this, as can low thyroid. Night cramps are a common phenomenon. The calf is the most painful place to get cramp.
