Obi Wan (Alec Guinness) But looking back on these films with adult eyes they are extremely overrated. James Earl Jones and Alec Guinness, maybe Harrison Ford out acted everyone else in the film. Not to mention the poor dialogue and the bastardised plot from fairytales and eastern kung-fu films. But they worked at the time. Bless George Lucas though, he managed to create something that captured peoples imagination.

As i have meet both Boba Fett's and they are both very nice people I would say Boba Fett, But then again I also have meet the guy who played the clone trooper, R2D2,, Briggs, Lando, , chewe, three stormtroopers, and a few others from starwars. The blue skined Jedi lady was very nice.

Boba Fett without question. The former Stormtrooper got fed up with the discipline of army life so became the most cunning of mercenaries.

Palpatine. He's the most interesting of all the characters and had the best powers. Okay, maybe he's not a conventional hero, but he must be admired.

well, that question has two answers, cause there was heroes in both sides of history.
From the Jedi, I prefer young Obi Wan kenobi, i like how he mix sarcasm with education and wisdom.
From the Sith, The Count Dooku, very dark, elegant.
They both were very skillful in battle and brave.
