Can u give some measures to reduce my weight. My waste line is quite small but it is my thighs nad hips that are too HUGE!!!

y change urself be proud of who u are and how God made u !
if u must lose wieght like ur doc says so
go to wikihow.com and search how to lose weight thats what i did and it works!

How sad you are so worried about this. Just go have fun and get over your weight. You are 14...your body has a LOT of changing to do and to starve it at this point just because you THINK you may be overweight is totally unhealthy. Sheesh, what is WRONG with all you early teens who think you are so fat??? I'm tired of seeing these questions asked over and over again!!

I don't know you might be anorexic considering that a 5 year old is 50 lbs. lol no I'm just kidding, I know the conversion between the U.S. and Europe. You're fine just the way God made you, who said you had to change?

Dude, you are still way too young to even worry about all these, i wish i was your age so i can eat whatever i wanted. Try to consume all the food possible while you are young. Trust me, it help you get taller through out your adolescence years to come.

depnds on the height of the girl. id say if she is about 5"3 it is just fine, under that slightly overweight. but not to worry, you are stilldeveloping,if it bothers you that much go to the gym and do special exercises for thighs only. cheerio
