Anyone know where i can download Windows 98 operating system?

all i want 98 for is to play Star Trek Armada

Probably not available any more. Microsoft does not even support it any more. There have been 5 OS releases since that one came out, all better (Except maybe ME). You might get an installation disk somewhere, and put it on your machine, but all it would be good for would be simple games, or word processing.
Not many antivirus programs will work for it and the internet junk would destroy it very quickly.

According to Microsoft Official page from July 11, 2006 will bring a close to Extended Support for Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, and Windows Me as part of the Microsoft Life cycle Policy. Microsoft will retire public and technical support, including security updates, by this date.
Means that Even if you will manage to get it from somewhere, it's not safe any longer as long they don't offer you support for security and so on.
In my op pinion you should try something else instead. Another O.S.
