My neighbors feed the dam birds and I think its unfair to make them stop so what can I do to make them stop coming around without the neighbors knowing. I dont wanna use no dam owl or ultrasonic things or baloon or ribbon. Whats a discret way to stop this. Like maybe a home remedy?

Umm they are crapping all over everything, my car, house ,myself, my dogs, and if I keep my garage open too long I find like 5 birds in there. Birds have diseases!!! They are like flying rats that crap everywhere!!!!

Simple - get a couple cats from the pound, heck people give them away for free... Keep them in the house for a month and let them out during the day, put some food on the porch for them.
I have 3 cats and nooooooooooo bird problem, no mole/rodent problem either...
Cats are low maintence... trust me!!!

Gather some old data Cd's and hang them up with a string. Birds do not like the holographic reflection that is emitted from the CD. If that fails try a sticky repellent. But read the instructions carefully otherwise all the birds will end up glued to wherever you apply the repellent.
There are plenty of bird proof repellents available in the market and one business who offers them is Bird-X. Before, I came across with your question I was searching on how to get rid of other pests and found out about Bird-X.

Get a stuffed cat (toy) that you can control from inside you house
or a real one. Also, get something that will attract squirrels or get a scare crow. . . they wont think anything of it now that Halloween is almost here. Get one with a remote control so you can wave the arms around. (lol)

What's wrong with birds, are you talking about ****-hawks, I mean pigeons or song birds? Because I could understand you don't want any pigeons and for that you put an owl out, but for song birds, be happy they're there.

In the countryside where I was born there were problems with crows. The farmers would shoot one and hang the carcase high in a tree. That kept other crows away.
