I am a busy mom of a toddler..and I have a full time job..I get a chance to look at the mirror only 3-4 times...Before when I was single it was 20 times..

I look at my reflection whenever I can see it. I look at the mirror about 5 times before school, then I look in the ones at school, and reflective shop windows etc, then I'm looking in them all night.

Pretty much constantly. I'm not vain, I have disorder known as BDD and have a preoccupation with my appearance, being obsessed with imperfections and flaws, etc, so I find it hard to stop studying myself in the mirror. HTH.

Whenever I go by a reflective surface. Neatness counts. I feel more comfortable knowing that I look great and not having to worry about if I look really messy.

actual number? ummm....around 25 times...somedays more. when i drive to work with my bf, and he's diving i look in the side mirror a few times thoughout the ride. or if i'm walking to get lunch...i look @ myself in the glass of the stores.

Honestly-it gives me such a godawful fright first thing in the morning, I never look again during the entire day.
