I think it involved hitting the right frequency to vibrate the water in the body and disable them. I saw a guy on TV practicing by making church bells ring with it from 50feet away if thats any help.

it doesn't really exist as such. i am a magician and can be known as a 'metalist' and basically its mind over matter. that is the only thing u can really call it. it basically works by the person being knocked over being told not to resist the mind power of the other person. eventually they fall because they believe they feel something pushing against them when in actual fact its just their balance changing. its not really an art form just persuading someone sub-conciecely to do something
