Im 14 years old.My height is 5'3 or 5'4 and im 112 lbs. is that a normal weght for my height and age?

You sound about right. As for the first answer, don't listen to that crap. You're 14. You have better things to worry about than people giving you a complex about your weight or feeding any issues you may already have. You're still growing. Be comfortable with what you have. Self confidence matters more than a number on a scale.

Not to worry! You are perfectly fine. The height to weight porportion is average. If you are 5ft 100lbs is the norm then ad 5 lbs for every inch. So relax and love yourself for who you are not how much you wiegh:)

Youre just perfect at that height and weight. If you want a model's body then you need to do sit ups, running and good nutrition.

that is a good weight, definitely don't need to lose any weight at all. You are just right! Because you are 14, you may still have some growing to do, and your body will redistribute the weight accordingly.

It depends on your body type of course, but that is just about perfect. As long as you are active dont worry about it. You will probably gain some muscle weight if you start sports in highschool, dont worry about that either, if you are fit and have a nice tight body the boys will love you.

grl listen. im 14 years old to. im 5 feet and 1 inch and weigh 115. u are perfectly fine. the average is from 110 to 130.

You sound perfect! I am 5'1 and weigh 107. I am petite and healthy looking. I wear a size 4 petite in pants and a small in top. Don't diet, you don't need to. I get compliments all the time. I have five kids to top it all off!

Thats a question for doctor. They have charts that tell you what the ideal weight is for your height.

Ask your doctor.. stop bragging about weight in here. people do that all the time.. go on a website, quit being lazy making other people praise you for being skinny or heavy.
