Depends. Who's doing the background check?
The only entity with the power and freedom to conduct a nation-wide background check is the FBI. The only folks who can get this FBI background check are prosecutors (State or Fed).
Defense attys cannot even get them.
But if those "speeding tickets' warrants" are in your own locale, they will show up on local police computers...
I hope I am not helping you get away with some bad crime or anything...

Depends on the check -- maybe yes maybe no, . Sorry to be vague, I have reviewed lots of these, not too may speeding tickets but if someones license was suspended we would see that -- if you mean you have existing warrants that you haven't answered, we would see those as well as outstanding fines not paid.

**** - you'd better be prepared! Everything comes out, and if they are looking for you, the company running the background check is obligated by law, to report this. Turn yourself in and get it over with - or are these "warrants" for back child support? It won't matter. If the company, running the check, does not report, they lose their acceditation.

Yes. Hop.efully, you've paid the tickets by now. The fact you get a traffic ticket is not a big deal, but ignoring them and having warrants issued shows lack of responsibility (to a prospective employee or whatever)

The Background Check will reveal whether the person in question has ever been arrested in the state. This would include any misdemeanor or felony charges.

It depends on the check that they do but if you have an outstanding warrant that will probably come up.
