Help me! please!!!!?

Theres a site called clubpenguin.com and you have to pay money to get cloths for your penguin. i wanted to make a site kinda like it. but you dont have to pay for your cloths. can someone help me and tell me how i could? please!!

Take a programming class because even if anyone did want to give you this kind of information it is going to take hours and hours to learn it, and over a typed forum it's just not going to happen. Maybe your school has some classes you can take.
