I would give it a very high 8
I love Zombie. I think he is a genius when it comes to horror. He includes every genres and makes it all come together in his movies. I personally liked Devils Rejects better than House of 1000 Corpses.
I cant wait to see what he does with the remake of Halloween.

-10. That movie was god-awful. It became a comedy-horror instead of a horror. Notice how I put comedy first, there were way too many jokes. I love Star Wars, but come on. I also love ice cream and that scene was just ridiculous. This movie completely deviated from the first. I wish I could say that it was scary but I cannot. I also cannot say this movie was funny, it was not. I lament for Halloween.

Probably a 6. It was scarey as hell but a bit too gory for me.
