There doesn't necessarily have to be an advantage to mosquitoes. The theory of natural selection (aka survival of the fittest) only requires that something be able to support itself to live. As long a mosquitoes succeed at that, they don't have to be of benefit to anything else.

You can get strange diseases and even die if you want. Jus go near a swamp full of mosquitoes and get bitten a few times, you will immediately realise the advantage of mosquitoes.

Lots of such creatures make us wonder what good are they for. But for the sake of preservation of ecological balance and food chain which is a sequence of eating and being eaten by another organism higher in the food chain.
In other words, unless for the mosquitoes and other insects, the lizards, frogs etc would be bereaved of their staple diet, hence badly affecting their survival.

They give virus' an advantage and reptiles food, but I don't see the benefit here for humans and other animals, expect maybe population control.

The spread of diseases. Diseases wipe out those that have weak or inadequate immune systems, and thus they breed healthier immune systems. They also act as a food source for other insects.

Doctors get chance to serve poor.
People learn something about their surrounding.
People get company during night.
