The father of my boys left me for my bother's ex girlfriend which they had a girl(my niece). Their father and my brother x had a little girl together. My boys don't really like my niece for what her mother did. They do somewhat remember what happen. How would I explain it to them went the situation comes up. That their cousin sister is their half sister. I'm my making myself understandable.

OK. Right now your explanation needs to be that they should not hate anyone especially their sister/cousin. She is a child innocent in all this and did nothing wrong.
Seems they already understand what is happening if they are "hating" as you said. Be the bigger person no matter how it must have hurt and teach them to live hate free. Break it off right here before it becomes a cycle and a generational curse.
