i had the same problem until a year later i saw the result, and the scarring is horrible, just DONT do it, try not to look into a mirror at all unless ur doing your makeup or whatever.. I just stayed away from the mirrors until i lost the habit, it only took a week or so. And it f you do have bad scarring, Neutrogena Acne Mark fading peel is freakin awesome. Its about $14, but it works great.
Also find another habit to occupy ur hands if your just an ocd type. Like even kids silly putty or sumthin.

I had the same problem. I'll tell you how I got through it. Use an exfoliating cleanser. A good one is apricot scrub by st ives. If you scrub a little firmly the blackheads and white heads will go away eventually. If you pick at your skin you can end up with scarring and that looks worse than blackheads.

u need to get on a good skin care program,then u would not have zits your skin get dirty just from the environment and touching your face...i had this same problem. invested in Mary Kay products and it works also u may have some allergies to certain types of food or make up and if u use makeup wash it off before u go to bed with cleanser not soap soap has lye and lye is made of ashes ....keep your skin clean and keep your hands in your pockets good luck...

when you have a "white head or black head" put vinegar on a cloth or cotton ball and hold it on the pimple for a few seconds. Do this a couple times a day and you won't have any pimples to pick at!

I see no way... But if you are gonna pick, put a steaming hot towel on your face before you do and then when you do pick they come out easier and there isn't any marks or scarring afterwards...
