Get some Hoodia..make sure it is imported from South Africa and the product has all required import and purity certifications. Take about 3 to 4 grams a day in divided doses. This will curtail you appetite naturally with no medicinal side effects. Also green tea, ginger, ginsing, senna, licorice, sea salt (instead of "regular") and stevia (and NOT aspartane). Also potassium-filled veggies, lots of green salads, and gobs of pure water. Throw away all processed food, sugar products and wheat products, especially the refined-wheat junk. Make sure most of your food is whole, complex carbs, and non-dairy/meat protein (soy, legumes & grains, etc.) Eat healthy fats, and throw away the corn oil and margerine. Make sure you get enough b complex, c and minerals. But the very best secret is EXERCISE, till you sweat bullets. It will take care of the appetite problem like magic and start to build up your bones too. Have fun and put the scale under the rag heap. You'll be fine if you stick to all this for a few weeks.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Potasium speeds up your metabolism, so ingesting alot of this and cutting back on salt will speed up your bodies processing. Parsely and Celery both are high in potassium, so incorperating these into your diet might help.

I am a fan of tea, and use it for everything and it usually works. Heres what you do: get a box of plain green tea, all natural. Then get some dried or fresh peppermint (celestial seasonings peppermint herb tea works as all it is, is peppermint). DON'T get mint flavored green tea, get these seperate. Buy yourself some lemongrass and a small canister of ginger (seasoning).

Take one green tea bag and one or two (your choice) peppermint tea bags (or 3 or 4 teaspoons) and put them in the bottom of the glass. Sprinkle enough lemongrass ontops of the bags so they have a thin even layer on them. Put boiling water into the glass and let seep for 3-5 minutes. (the longer you keep it in there, the stronger it and its effects are) When its done seeping drain it using a mesh strainer, or cheese cloth, catching the tea in another glass. Add a pinch of ginger. If you mind the bitter taste, add honey not sugar. You can drink this as often as you like. Drinking it after or with the biggest meal of the day will help. Drinking instead of a smaller meal works too.

Why this works:

Lemongrass, ginger, peppermint all are good sources of potassium which speed up your metabolism.

Green tea is rich in catechin polyphenols which helps your burn calories more quickly and balances out your cholestrol (good vs bad)

Honey vs Cane Sugar- The main sugar found in honey is fructose, which is one of the easiest sugars for the body to digest. While sugar cane is sucrose- a very complex molecule that is difficult for the body to digest. Plus honey has a minimal source for potassium.

Good Luck.

I think you can lose weight naturally by controlling your fat intake and limiting junk foods. I lost 45 pounds by doing this while incorporating exercise by walking one hour 3-4 times a week. Also, you might want to talk with your doctor because the meds you're taking might have a weight gaining side effect.

weight watchers worked very well for me. no drugs, just change the way you eat and put up with the hunger pains if you are doing their points diet or the food if you are doing their "core" diet.
