It depends what you mean by organ. But here goes. In the male male there is, of course , the penis. This is made of a soft cartilagenous tissue called the corpus spongeosum, it is permeated with holes, much like a honeycomb type structure, through which capillaries, tiny blood vessels, run, this is what causes an erction in a male when aroused as the capillaries fill with blood. Then are the testes, two oval objects that hang losely in the scrotum, they are about the size of a walnut, and are responsible for the production of sperm. The female organs, the main ones, anyway, are the vagina, a muscular orifice designed to accept the penis in coitus and allow child birth, the cervix, which is at the the top of the vaginal canal is where the vagina narrows and the beginning of the uterus is. Then there is the ovaries, which are responsible for the production of ova, the female sex cell, and the fallopian tubes which are the canals that the ova travel down on their way to the uterus. if you want more try these links. http://www.mydr.com.au/default.asp?article=2946 http://www.innerbody.com/image/repmov.html.
