At first it said to take the ink cartridge out and check. I did. There was ink inside the printer, so I cleaned that out, loaded the cartridges back in. Lights kept flashing, so I put new cartridges in------same thing. Now I got it to where it will print, but to print anything it takes about 20 minutes! Did I do something wrong? Also, previously I printed copies off the computer that said not to make copies. Could that have messed my machine up? What a dork I am.

sounds like a problem with the drop detector. check out computing.net and see if you find your answer there.

We got a new all-in-one about 6 months ago that was flaky out of the box. I tried HP's online chat support system and it worked fairly well. They ended up shipping me a new printer.
