Its getting out of hand everywhere you look. Teens today so have the same moral upbringing that we had. If I talked to my mom the way some of these kids talk to theirs, I'd already be 6 feet under. There's something terribly wrong with the teens today. I do my best with mine, but its like they are broken or something and can't learn. You tell them no they can't and they take that to mean that they can, just don't get caught. They aren't worried about getting in trouble because they threaten you with calling the cops if you so much as lay a hand on them. I bust my daughter's butt when its well deserved and I offer to dial the number for her.
Its not a matter of where you're at, its everywhere, its some kind of epidemic or something.

Extremely low if you're referring to Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.... due directly to the fact that it is one of the wealthiest communities in the country. I would know, I was raised and went to school there. (and the very few girls who did become pregnant, immediately had very discreet abortions).
