A promise is a promise, but sometimes in the after-heat of an argument, I make promises which are impossible to stick to.
I'm good at keeping secrets though. Except I am also the worst person to keep them, because I can't keep anything from my husband. No matter how hard I try.

I would only tell if this person was in dire straits and this secrete could not be kept say to do with life and death. If I have ever done this, oh probably but I could not pick one off the top of my head.

I am really bad at keeping promises, if someone tells me secret it stays in my head for ages and I have to tell someone. All my mates wont tell me any secrets anymore lol x

Yes, and yes. I told someone's (who very close to me) deep dark secret to another person (who could NOT be trusted). The price I paid was the loss of a great friend.
