They (the indians) struggle to not be consumed by the demon fire-water.
We (the white-skins) struggle not to lose all of our paycheck at their casinos.
Seems fair to me.

Indian Reservations have their own laws, their own police force, their own taxes, their own nations. Any disagreement that non-Natives have with the Natives on a Reservation is governed by their Nation.
If you mean struggle like in why can't the Indians in Texas have a casino just like some, but not all, the Indians in New Mexico, well that's a lobbyist issue fought and paid for in the front halls of the U.S. Congress.

What is this a term paper or something? What struggle....what fight? Native Americans were stripped of their land, rights, dignity, culture for greedy white Europeans that were lazy in their countries or were crooks and thieves that were sent to America as punishment. They get here, lazy as all hell, and think they could make the indigenous people work the land for them. Always raping and pillaging, destroying any and everything in their sight
And now we're worried about them once we've moved them all to the SW part of the country and introduced them to alcohol and gambling. This country should be ashamed of themselves.
Its all just due; what goes around comes around. Whites can not continue to abuse everyone that looks different from them and think minorities are going to say, "Yes sir, may I please have another".....thus the rise of Islamic radicalism.

I think calling it a "struggle" and "fight" is extreme (sounds like school).
But, today, as for the past 100 years, there has been an ongoing process to try to synchronize the laws of our land (Federal laws) with the laws of the NA's on their land. Call it a process. It's less value loaded.
Good luck!
