No one is in the U.S.A.

Two answers: 1) Our Pres. thinks he is, unfortunately.
2) When you believe the law dictates a statute you cannot follow in good conscience, then you are above the law, if you choose to defy that statute.
(like George W....as in Washington and the 1776 crowd).

Technically the Queen is the only person above the law in the U.K. Remember I said technically !
