Echinacea, vitamin C and E as well as plenty of fluids.
If you're not running a fever, a good therapeutic massage would help as well, especially dealing with Lymph drainage. Aromatherapy can help as well!

Drink a glass of warm water with 2-3 drops of lime juice. Do not eat anything for at least half an hour before & after taking it.

Half cup each of honey, lemon juice, and Jack Daniels (yes, Jack). Mix together well, take one teapsoon, three times a day for a 3-5 days.

lots of rest and chicken soup does actually work, also drink lots of fluids (water, juice)
