show them your diploma and ask them to look again

Did you graduate at that school? You should have a Diploma, that proves you graduated. Take that to the school and make them produce transcripts. There are records of your time at the school.

Well, your school should have it. Did you get a diploma? Did you attend graduation? Have them check all your credits to see if you meet all necessary criteria. If so, then you graduated.
