Not sure what you mean by disabled, especially when I see all of the DIFFERENT types of disabilities already submitted.

What I'm thinking is "The Waterdance" starring Eric Stoltz & Wesley Snipes. They are disabled meaning they are in wheelchairs. Good movie and I got in just under the wire- it came out in 1992.

H... that's a bit tough. I can think of the following: Saved, Born on the fourth of July, See no evil, hear no evil, and Rear Window. I found the site below that lists disabilities by catgeories and has the options of major and minor films.
