Anything that makes you happy and is personally rewarding.

For example...My mom left working in a hospital (this was several years ago..things might be different now) to working in a small clinic because it wasn't a good fit for her. She was so unhappy and irregardless of how much she made, she wasn't being personally fulfilled with her job. Now she's managing a non-profit clinic and she couldn't be happier.
