His little duck @#$% is hidden by his feathers most of the time. But, since he is a duck, and ducks like water, he gets turned on by the water and his little duck @#$% grows to a large duck @#$%, therefore he wears a towel to hide it because Disney looks down on nudity in cartoons.

i have often wondered the exact same thing! Never came up with an indefinite conclusion either. He may shrink down there and be embarrassed? He may find it easier to dry that way? He doesnt want his tail trailing water everywhere? i dont know.. but if u find out.. let me know!

Because when he's dry his feathers are all fluffy and cover up his duckhood but when he's wet they cling to him revealing the outline of his little duck and it is a children's programme after all!!
