4. Blues is the source of rock-and-roll, soul, country, and hip-hop music, to name a few.

4. Can be sung by males and females with deep raspy voices
5. Has definitely inspired other styles of music
6. U can "feel" the singer and the music especially in a live performance

8. B.B. King is a Great and notable blues singer and guitarist
9. Coco Taylor is a notable blues singer
