but it will not burn cds how can i get it out?

Take it to a computer repair shop; you may need to replace the burner.

u could remove the drive tray, just squeeze at the back each side it will pop out and easy to put back in, and then tilt the machine and it should just fall out..
if not the case then u would need to dismantle the drive, this can be done with a standard screwdriver, and great care.

If the tray will not open. There is a small hole on the tray, use a paper clip or similar object, to unlock it.
Push paper clip in to hole and tray should pop open.
