The only real beneficial prevention is Vitamin E. Skin looses it's elasticity over time and that's what causes wrinkles. Loss of moisture due to the sun and loss of elasticity... Vitamin E is what they recommend pregnant women to use so that they don't get as many (or none) stretch marks, and the same applies to wrinkles. Get a good unscented Vitamin E cream, or better than that, there are Vitamin E pills that you can take.. but don't swallow them.. get the gel ones, they come in capsules with Vitamin E gel inside.. break the capsules and use the gel as a cream.. it works great, it's not greasy and it will be a great wrinkle preventor.

I am 28 and live in Palm Springs, CA. We have the same weather as you do. Yes staying out of the sun and using sun screen is important. But you need to wash your face with a good moisturizing cleanser. And use a good moisturizer. I do this at least twice a day. I use Anew from Avon. I use the facial cleaner. And then separate day and night moisturizing creams. I have used them for over 5 years. And I won't use any thing else. The good part is there day moisturizer also has sun block. You can either get it from your local Avon seller, or on-line at Avon.com
Hope this helps good luck.

Lotions, and keeping your skin moist. Use sunscreen, and don't stay out in the sun much. Definitely do not smoke.
Now if you have wrinkles:
As gross as it may seem, this is the best and fastest way to lessen the appearance of wrinkles. Use peperation H (Yes, hemmeroid cream!)
It shrinks the poofiness and the saggy-ness lessening the defined lines of wrinkles.

Stay out of the sun so much. If you do sun, use plenty of sunscreen. No smoking or too much drinking. Drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest, eat a proper diet, lots of fruits & vegetables. Use moisturizer, exfoliate 2 twice a week. Always remove makeup before going to bed. Vaseline lotion, Oil of Olay, Cocoa Butter, Neutrogena

Plenty of sleep, do not smoke, any moisturizer work as long as used properly. Do not use excess make up. Have a good facial regiment. Do not frown. Wear sun glasses. And do not squint if possible.

Nothing works that's why there are plastic surgeons on every corner in Los Angeles. Get a face peel every two years.
