Contact the company you purchased the keyboard from. If they will not provide you with the manual, contact the manufacturer and cite where you purchased your keyboard. Tell them you also want the User's Guide and any available cd's with documentation.

It would be prudent to request any manuals, etc. whenever you make any purchase related to your computer. Also, if you have retained any receipts, you may have to make a copy of them available as proof of purchase.If you bought it from a company like Dell or Gateway, go to your account online and find your order
