It has the proper amount of oil and gas... What the hell is wrong with it???? Thanks

Did you flip it up? If you flip them up wrong the gas or oil will run into the head and make it hard to pull. remove the spark plug and pull it to discharge the gas from the head, make Sure you tuck the spark plug wire out of the way! When you flip it up always flip it Carburetor side up or Head/sparkplug side up.

ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THE OIL? OVERFILLING MAKE AN AIR COOLED, 4 CYCLE ENGINE MAKE IT REALLY HARD TO PULL. ASIDE FROM THAT. THE LAST ANSWER MAY BE A POSSIBILITY. CHECK THE CRANKSHAFT BY PULLING THE CRANK ROPE, IF POSSIBLE, IF THE BLADE WOBBLES AT ALL YOU HAVE HIT SOMETHING AND WARPED THE SHAFT. THIS ISN'T COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY

take out the spark plug and try to turn it over if still hard then you may have a Bent crank but there are so Many possibility it would be easer to take it to a shop that fixes them

Did you recently hit something with it? You probably sheared the flywheel key
Briggs and stratton motor i presume. you can get a replacement key

My girl friend has one also. it won't start either. Is your the one without a carb primer? It's advertised as easy start. that's the problem. Hers is going back tomorrow.

check the brake on your flywheel it might be not dis engaging
