Sue, why not? I'm not a religion fanatic, but I see a lot of Christians on this forum. I see a lot of Christians get attacked in other catagories, so why not give them there own catagory, like their own little safe haven? And if someone wants to confront a Christian only, they would know just where to go for their answers. If I saw a "Christianity" catagory it wouldn't bother me.

Whereas it seems just from a short perusal that Christianity pretty much takes the majority of the space under Religion and Spirituality, I believe that if a category were dedicated to Christianity, in all fairness, categories must then also be dedicated to Islam, Catholicism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Wiccan, Paganism, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera . . . :-)

Courageous question. But I wouldn't single out Christianity. After all, whatever makes them mythology would certainly apply to, for example, the other 2 Abrahamic traditions.

No, mythology and folklore refers to ideas that have been proven to not have existed. While it may seem far-fetched, the existence of a God has not been proved, but it hasn't been proven that God doesn't exist, or Zarathustra, or Gamesh, or the Buddha.....
