No, it's natural at your age to find people close to your age attractive. However, you clearly know that it would be wrong to act on those feelings.
At 14, she is much too impressionable to enter into a serious dating relationship. Aside from being illegal, it's also just plain wrong to put a young girl through that emotional roller coaster.
Go ahead and admire her from a distance - but don't get involved.

You're a male at the peak of your sexual maturity, of course it's normal, you find anything female and developed attractive...but don't act on it as she is under the age of consent and you don't want to get in trouble! Find someone your own age, OK?

No it is not. It is normal however do not and I mean do not act on your feelings sexually in anyway. Sex of any type with a child 3 years younger than you is statutory rape or sexual abuse of a minor and you will end up in deep trouble with the law.

Its not perverted it is natural but DO NOT act on it she is a child. Just keep telling yourself that if you have to make sure you are not alone with her. Prison sucks and that's where you will be if you act on your feelings.
