Just before menstration, us women, experience a huge, sudden drop in hormones.
These hormones directly effect the level of endorphines in our body (natural pain killers/happy chemical). With the endorphin levels down, we feel pain easier, and get grouchy easier.
How do I cope? - lots of pain treatments, hot packs, meds etc. and yeah, I usually crave hot, greasy food - somehow that makes things hurt less.
best wishes

I think the best way I combat the feelings of wanting to crawl out of my skin - which is exactly how I feel during that time - is being aware of how I might react (with more aggression, more emotion) and making sure I don't react abnormally - I firmly believe PMS is not an excuse to behave irrationally or treat other people like crap. I think it's important to continue to eat well & exercise during this time - HOWEVER let's get real - once you're home and the sweats & TV are on, the best cure is a big bowl of chocolate double chunk haagan dazz, 4 Advil and a shot of Jack Daniels.

i'd ask the LL if that is achieveable to pass away on the fifteenth without paying the entire month. you have lived there for 2 years so which you're patently a sturdy tenant so he would desire to be amenable on your request. in spite of the indisputable fact that each and every person states different than CA require that hire sessions initiate on the 1st and end on the final day of the month that is as much as the LL to bend the regulations a splash. sturdy success.

When I'm close to the "rag time" I'm usually more tired than usual and cranky. I can feel my body going through alot of chemical changes which sometimes makes me crave for chocolate and sweets. I combat it by letting it ride and try not to get annoyed at little things. I also exercise more so my body becomes less stressed.

Hormonal changes are fun, aren't they girls??
I usually get emotional, and I don't really crave anything, cause I crave everything anyday! Im sure we all go through those sex dreams too around that time.
And yes, men notice we are going loopy during a certain time!
And about that chocolate craving... It's usually a sex craving HEHEE!

Yes, most women are different that time of the month. You just have to understand that it is something physical, which they can't control, and avoid troubling issues that days.
