No, I do not believe any of the allergy medicines deplete the effectiveness of birth control. Certain antibiotics can though.

Double check with your pharmacist. They should have all the contraindications for your BC pill. Just an FYI, I take Sudafed all the time for my allergy symptoms and I'm fine. Best to double-check though.
