I used to POUT for days ~ and made myself more miserable than anyone else.. Today, i try to make-up with people as quickly as possible ~ even if it means I ADMIT I WAS WRONG! It's become more important to me to have PEACE-OF-MIND and a clear-conscience.

Yea, I think you've got a pretty good handle on this one. The bottom line in a lot of situations that involve interpersonal relations is simply this: Do I want to be right, or do I want peace of mind? Some times you've just got to give some sort of an innocuous response and walk away. I think this is especially true in the workplace unless, of-course, you're a supervisor or the manager.

It depends on the person. With certain people, I pout for days but with others I make-up easily.

I may get upset, pout and even snap at people. Then I get it out of my system and forget about it. I also almost always wake up with it off my mind.

But I have a DH that is different, he dwells on it for days, my best firend also. So its hard for me to deal with them after disagreement sometimes.

I can forgive better than I can apologize. Even when I feel like biatch slappin people and they give me an apology, I am almost too proud to accept it. Relations is a strange dynamic. When you offend someone and they act like it doesn't hurt or bothersome and then when the other person apologizes they act like it wasn't a big hairy deal. We are a strange species!!!

I try not to leave those I differ with without trying to make amends. One never knows if the next car wreak is yours. My father told me once, "don't do anything during the day that will keep you awake at night." That is sound advise that I wished I had heeded more than once.

It's easy for me, but I know a lot of people that hold grudges and pout.

Make up easily. Life is too short to be holding grudges. It usually takes me a few minutes to a full hour to get over it and make up.

I'm not one to pout or hold a grudge. I forgive pretty easily.

Depends on the person and what they did. I usually make up easily. If it was really hurtful, I would probably let it go and the person too.
