If you look closely, answer a and c are the same thing. They only difference is in the time. The both are trying to make you believe in a rightward force.
The correct answer is b.
Here is why. You naturally want to go in a strait line, but since the car turns, it is no longer following a strait line and pushes you to follow the same direction. There is no force pushing you in the strait line (ie. to the right). There is only your own momentum which is changed when the door pushes on you.
The imaginary force you feel that supposedly pushes you to the right is actually just your eyes playing tricks on you. You naturally think that your surroundings are not moving (because they usually don't) but if your surroundings do move (like a sudden shift to the left) you figure you must be going right when in reality it is just your surroundings going left. It is like a video game. You don't actually move, but your surroundings change (at least on the screen) so you feel like you move.

The answer is B.
Before the collision, you are traveling in a straight line, with the car pushing you forward.
During the turn, your body tries to maintain its forward momentum, but you are contacted by the car door because the car moved through the turn. The door (collision) then exerts a leftward force on you, causing you to move in that direction with the car.
This is called centripetal force.

The MOST accurate statement is C, but it is a very unsatisfactory explanation.
The "force" in question is the moentum of the body, continuing in a straight line, going forward. This inertia is imparted by the original accelleration, bringing the car to speed.
The car turns left, bring the door with it. The body's inertia keeps it moving forward. The door moves to the left, when the collision occurs. This makes it possible that B also covers PART of the situation.
"A" is entirely incorrect, there is no force exherted to the "left"

That's why it is a must that you wear your seatbelt. As we all know at the time both the vehicle and you are moving forward, however, with the sudden left turn, you which is not one with the vehicle as you are not wearing your seatbelt continues to move forward as your original motion then the car door collided with you as it cross your forward motion as it turn left.

when the car is turning it goes in a circular mation therefore there is a normal accelaration in car directed towards the centre of circle and we feel a force in opposite direction
